Welcome to our fund rasing page. I'm participating in the 105-mile Death Valley ride to support my daughter, Mabel Kay, and all the other kids and adults afflicted with Type 1 diabetes. Mabel was diagnosed with diabetes six years ago. She just started using an insulin pump, which replaces the four daily insulin injections she'd previously required. That pump is an example of the technology that's been developed thanks in part to research funded by JDRF. It's already made a big difference in her life.

Fully 80 percent of the money donated to JDRF each year goes to diabetes research. This is a very efficient organization, and that's one of the reasons we have been big supporters of our local Northeast Wisconsin JDRF chapter, and of JDRF nationally through participation in events like the Ride to Cure Diabetes.

Thanks for your support! Every dollar makes a difference.
